Whether in person in Orange County, virtually across the U.S., or internationally, our sessions focus on building skills, boosting confidence, and fostering independence not just homework completion.
Academic Coaching
Our academic coaching sessions provide individualized support in key areas of learning. We tailor each session to meet your student’s needs, building skills step by step and celebrating progress along the way.

Organizational Coaching
Organizational coaching helps students develop executive functioning skills that make learning more manageable. We focus on strategies that students can apply in school and at home.

Study With Me!©
Our Study With Me!© sessions provide a structured environment for students to complete assignments, study for tests, and stay on track. Sessions include organizational coaching steps based on student needs.

How Academic & Organizational Coaching Works
Consultation
We begin with a structured 45–minute consultation to identify academic patterns, executive functioning needs, and specific skill gaps. This allows us to determine fit and outline next steps.
Session Structure
Coaching sessions are 60 minutes and held weekly. Some students benefit from two sessions per week depending on intensity and scheduling needs. Sessions may be virtual or in person.

Skills are explicitly taught. This is not homework monitoring.
Targeted Skill Focus
Instruction is organized around clearly defined areas such as:
- Reading comprehension and structured retelling
- Written organization and idea development
- Task initiation and planning
- Time management systems
- Study routines and independent work habits
Progress Monitoring
Growth is measured by increasing independence and improved process, not simply assignment completion. Parents receive clear feedback about what skills are strengthening and how they are transferring to school.
Consistency & Expectations
Weekly consistency is essential. Skill mastery develops through repetition, structure, and gradual release of support.

How We Support Students
When you work with TM Educational Services, Inc., you can expect:
Review of evaluations, IEPs, and schoolwork
Recommendations for areas of focus and a specific plan or program
Meetings with parents or guardians to discuss the plan
In-office, virtual, or prearranged location sessions
Monthly feedback on observations and progress
Collaboration with teachers or the student’s support team to help skills carry over to the classroom
Rates
In-person: $95 per hour
Live virtual: $85 per hour
